Stephanie Wallace

I have long respected architecture as an art form and enjoy the ways it parallels photography and image making in its use of light, lines, and landscape. As an integral member of Flavin Architects, I have a privileged perspective on how professionals and artists are able to materialize their designs, situating them naturalistically into their environment. This work is meaningful and fulfilling because it allows me to collaborate across forms, and to move between my professional and personal interests in a seamless way.

Studio Manager + Bookkeeper

Stephanie has an eye for detail. In her previous roles, she has streamlined, organized, and built systems to create logical and concrete improvements in operation, communication, and management. In her role as studio manager, she looks forward to intertwining her organizational strength with her love for a naturalistic and crisp aesthetics made of clean lines and sublime structure. Her passion for collaboration originates in her interdisciplinary graduate education in art and photography.

Stephanie received her Masters of Fine Art from California College of the Arts in San Francisco and her Bachelors of Fine Art in photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. She photographs with both film and digital, creating a narrative by framing the everyday in a way that reveals beauty while exploring the notion of an idealized world.
